Last updated: 2026 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchases of services, classes, camps, memberships, or products (“Products”) from Passionate Motivation Volleyball, LLC and PMV Academy, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

We provide volleyball training services including private lessons, group sessions, clinics, camps, and related programs (“Training Services”). Details, pricing, duration, and availability are described on the Site and may change at any time.

Participants must be able to safely take part in athletic activity. You are responsible for ensuring the participant meets any prerequisites listed for a program. If the participant is a minor, a parent/legal guardian must complete purchases and accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

Session times are reserved in advance. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce session time and does not change the price.

All sales are final. No refunds. This includes (without limitation) Training Services, camps/clinics, memberships, deposits, and store purchases.

If you cannot attend a scheduled Training Service, you may contact us to request a reschedule. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability and any program-specific rules shown at checkout or in the program description.

Training may be affected by weather, facility availability, or coach availability. We may reschedule, substitute coaches, change locations, or modify session format when needed. If we cancel a session or event, we may offer a reschedule or credit at our discretion. No refunds.

Volleyball training involves physical activity and inherent risks, including injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You agree to follow all safety instructions and facility rules. We may stop a session if we believe participation is unsafe.

You are responsible for any medical costs related to participation. In an emergency, you authorize us to seek medical treatment for the participant if you cannot be reached, and you agree to be responsible for any resulting costs.

Participants and guests must behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other athletes, and facilities. We may remove any participant for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Removal may result in forfeiture of fees. No refunds.

We may take photos or videos during sessions for training, quality, or marketing purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media that includes the participant’s likeness, unless you notify us in writing to opt out.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or inventory issues. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund for the canceled item(s) only.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If a payment fails, we may cancel or suspend access to services/products until payment is received.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Promotions may have additional terms and may be changed or ended at any time.

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and materials) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

The Site, Training Services, and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable service or product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
